Hi Guys

Since recently being converted from a rock and surf angler to a spearfisherman, I actually get a fishy from time to time.
It's been fantastic to no longer have a need to lie about the fish that I catch.
(Rule 1 for surf angling - Learn to lie)
Unfortunately, the local Pick n'Pay fish department has also lost sales due to my new hobby.

I've been considering returning to my favourite fishing grounds of Wilderness, Sedgefield, Buffelsbaai, Knysna and Plett.

Can anyone please give me some advice regarding spearing in these areas?


I've been wanting to dive Gerickes point for ages, though my natural fearfulness of the unknown gets the better of me.
(I have heard of some large "Tax collectors" swimming around there).

Some local knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
